Privacy Policy

At Nafham by Tyro, we are committed to providing the best learning experience. To ensure fairness and organization, please review the following policy:

1.Session Cancellation:

  • You can cancel a booked session up to 6 hours before its start time without any deduction from your available hours.

     

  • If you cancel less than 6 hours before the session, the session will be counted as attended and deducted from your balance.

2.Rescheduling Sessions:

  • You may reschedule a session up to 6 hours before it starts.

  • Rescheduling within 6 hours of the session time is not allowed, and the session will be considered completed.

3.No-Show Policy:

If the student does not attend the session and has not canceled or rescheduled in time, the session will be marked as attended.

4.Teacher Cancellation:

  • If a session is canceled by the teacher for any reason, it will not be deducted from your hours, and we will work to reschedule it at your convenience.

 

5.Emergency Exceptions:

  • In case of emergencies, we may consider exceptions to the above policies upon review. Please contact customer support with documentation if applicable.
