At Nafham by Tyro we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

If any issue comes up from our side we are eligible to send your money back.

If you for any reason wanted a refund we can do it within only one week or after the first session.

Your hours are valid to be used within one year from the purchase date, you can freeze, transfer the hours to another subject or another student (same stage).

In case of refund we will ask you for your bank account details and that should take a week to 10 working days to be refunded.
